Steve Frank is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) identifies 20 sectors of the U.S. economy. Mr. Frank has analyzed and valued businesses in each of these 20 sectors.

- Current and historical financial statements

- Valuation date (the “as of” date the report should reflect)
