Who We Are
13 Consulting LLC provides traditional Certified Public Accountant (CPA) services, as well as consulting and advisory services to businesses and individuals. We were founded in January 2021 by Steve Frank, and are headquartered in Elverson, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Steve is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with dual minors in Economics and Finance. Steve spent the first ~15 years of his career working as a consultant and manager for public accounting and advisory firms in South Central Pennsylvania. He is a CPA licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and also holds an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Steve Frank is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) identifies 20 sectors of the U.S. economy. Mr. Frank has analyzed businesses in 19 of those sectors for the following purposes:

Steve Frank is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has specialized knowledge and experience in working with a variety of businesses. Mr. Frank is able to assist throughout the entire process, from discovery to trial, with the following:
